Lab On Wheel, is a trusted provider of specimen collection and transportation services. Our primary responsibility is to handle the drawing, processing, handling, and transportation of laboratory specimens. Lab On Wheel strictly follows guidelines and protocols and does not collect any specimens without a physician order or a laboratory request.

It's important to note that Lab On Wheel is not involved in providing medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. Our role is solely focused on the proper collection and transportation of specimens as requested by healthcare professionals or laboratories.

Once collected, Lab On Wheel takes responsibility for the delivery of all samples to the appropriate laboratory. However, we are not liable for any delays or issues that may occur during courier services or due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.

While Lab On Wheel ensures the accuracy and proper handling of specimens, we are not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. In the event of a laboratory error, Lab On Wheel is willing to return and recollect the sample at a discounted rate. Any errors made by Lab On Wheel in the collection process will be rectified at no additional charge.

Regarding billing inquiries or issues, Lab On Wheel advises patients to contact their insurance company or the laboratory billing department directly. Lab On Wheel operates independently of other laboratories or doctor's offices and does not have the authority to provide discounts for lab tests.

Patient privacy is of utmost importance to Lab On Wheel. We strictly adhere to the Privacy and Security Act and abide by all HIPAA regulations. Patient information obtained during the collection process is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and unauthorized personnel will not have access to clients' personal information.
